The public should morally support the hardworking and overworked judges when the latter initiate worthy improvements in their work systems and procedures intended to better serve the people, as what I had done in the case of the 1st-level trial judges of Las Pinas City. I congratulated them before the Supreme Court for initiating a public feedback mechanism thru the cellular phone system.

RE : COMMENDATION OF THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT
OF LAS PINAS CITY
MABUHAY:
The Las Pinas City Bar Association (LPBA), Inc. respectfully wishes to COMMEND and CONGRATULATE the Presiding Judge and the two Assisting Judges of the Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC), Branch 79, of Las Pinas City, i.e., Hon. MARJORIE NOLASCO, Hon. ARTHUR FAMINI, and Hon. PIO PASIA, for their creative, innovative and user-friendly institution of a public feedback mechanism for their Court in the interest of the speedy, fair and inexpensive administration of justice, by assigning a dedicated cellular telephone line (No. 0922 8479205) thru which the public may send confidential SMS text messages or telephone calls relaying their suggestions, recommendations, and complaints, for appropriate study and action by the said Judges.
We highly recommend that the said method be applied in all Courts nationwide as a user-friendly and effective InfoTech-based feedback mechanism for all Courts in the country.
Please let us know of the action that your good offices have taken hereon.
May your day be blessed, happy, enlightened, and liberated. Thank you.
Sincerely.
