MINUTES OF THE COMPROMISE
MEETING BETWEEN KGD. xxx AND xxx HELD ON January 15, 2016 AT 3:00 PM AT THE LAW
OFFICE OF ATTY. MANUEL LASERNA JR. IN
LAS PINAS CITY.
1. The topic of the compromise
meeting was the misunderstanding that occurred between xxx and xxx arising from
the incident that took place on December 24, 2015 at about 3:00 PM which later led
to the filing by xxx of an administrative case against Kgd. xx before the CITY
COUNCIL OF xxx City for abuse of authority and conduct unbecoming of a public
official.
2. Also present during the
compromise meeting were former xxx Barangay Chairman xxx and incumbent xxx Barangay
Kgd. xxx to assist the parties to heal their misunderstanding.
3. KGD. xxx expressed to xxx
his sincerest and deepest apologies for the said misunderstanding which xxx accepted
for the sake of restoring peace and harmony between the two parties, who have
been friends in the Barangay for many years now.
4. KGD. xxx undertook to cause
the withdrawal of the Barangay complaint filed by his son-in-law xxx against xxx
for alleged harassment arising out of the December 24, 2015 incident. KGD. xxx
undertook to order his said son-in-law to immediately withdraw the said Barangay
complaint.
5. xxx undertook to immediately
file with the CITY COUNCIL a formal NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL of his pending
administrative case against KGD. xxx.
