Historical background
The Institute started operations in 1934 and is now one of the oldest law schools in the Philippines.
The Institute has the unique distinction of having two Philippine Senate Presidents served as Dean--Jovito Salonga (1956-1963) and Neptali Gonzales (1976-1986).
In 2003, the Institute teamed up with the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business to offer the JD-MBA program, the first graduate dual program in law and business administration in the country.
Academic programs
- Bachelor of Laws - a standard four-year law degree program offered in the FEU Institute of Law Campus in Manila.
- Juris Doctor-Master of Business Administration Dual Degree - a five-year graduate dual degree program in law and management offered in the De La Salle Graduate School of Business Campus in RCBC Tower, Makati City.
Facilities
The Institute is housed in the Law Building at Palaypay Conference Hall, with bar review rooms, academic Rooms, and a moot court. The JD-MBA holds classes in the fifth and twenty-fifth floors of RCBC Plaza in Makati City.
