As per the news below, Chinese customs officials reported the illegal cargo to the Philippine customs officials. The latter seized the shabu from a Philippine warehouse.
The real question to ask is this:
How and why the hell did the Chinese shabu cargo pass through the elaborate Chinese customs inspection and examination systems and procedures in the very first place?
Chinese corruption is the answer to the question.
Sadly there is no showing that Duterte has demanded that Chinese President Xi be strict on the matter at his end.
Duterte's fear of his new communist master Xi drowns his sense of patriotism.
Remember this:
Chinese criminal drug syndicates in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and other Chinese cities are killing the national health and economic productivity of our nation.
There is no showing that Duterte is pushing Xi to do something about it.
So far what Xi has done is to militarize the West PH Sea and seize our UNCLOS Exclusive Economic Zone.
