The Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) will conduct a mediation training and workshop entitled “Moving ahead towards win-win dispute resolution”, which will be held on November 14, 15, 21, 22 and 28, 2014 (all Fridays to Saturdays) at the AIM Conference Center, Benividez cor. Transierra Streets, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
This program is open for professionals who have undergone training in arbitration and wanting to practice as a commercial mediator too. Experienced mediation practitioners will discuss the fundamentals of mediation law and rules and will guide the participants in step-by-step fashion through the entire mediation process. The training will cover the following topics: understanding mediation, important basic communication hurdles, effective communication tools and techniques, PDRCI Mediation 101, stages, mediation process, assimilation and role playing.

There is a fee of P20,000.00 for PDRCI member participant or P22,500.00 for non-members, the cost of which shall cover training fees, conference materials, certificate and meals. Slots are very limited and reservation is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
