* "presumption of innocence" (right of an accused [suspect] in a criminal case to be presumed innocent until the contrary is proven),
* "access to the courts" (fair and impartial trial),
* "due process of the law" (right to be heard by the courts before being punished in accordance with the proper penalty fixed by elaw),
* "equal protection of the law" (non-discrimination regardless of one's status or belief),
* "rule of law" (not the rule of one man), and
* "right to life and human dignity" (God's gifts to mankind).
A tyrannical, totalitarian, corrupt and brutal warlord is what the sixteen million blind and fanatic Dutertards elected to sit in Malacanang for the next six dark years of contemporary Philippine history.
