RE : REVOCATION OF THE BARANGAY KASUNDUSAN,
DATED 7 OCTOBER 2015 BY AND BETWEEN xxx AND xxx.

For the record, the undersigned xxx, a
resident of xxx Subd., Brgy. xxx, xxx City, hereby REVOKE the
BARANGAY KASUNDUAN, dated 7 October 2015, by and between xxx (complainant) and the undersigned (respondent) in front of Barangay Deputy xxx, for being invalid and irregular, the same having been signed by the
undersigned UNDER DURESS, UNDER INTIMIDATION, and MISLEADING REPRESENTATION/
INFLUENCE of Deputy xxx that the said Kasunduan was merely a record/minutes of the Barangay meeting
held between the said parties on the said date. It was written in Tagalog, a
language of which I am not familiar and conversant, being a xxx national.
I signed it without the aid of an Interpreter. I signed it without a clarification
and reminder from Deputy xxx and the complainant xxx as to the legal
consequences/effects thereof.
