Chief Justice Corona calls on all lawyers to "unite behind the judiciary", which he said is now "facing the biggest challenge to the rule of law". I exhort the "midnight Chief Justice": Don't drag the entire Bar behind you. You're the sole focus of the impeachment case, not the Judiciary as an institution. Lawyers who believe in reason and truth seek justice and accountability in behalf of the Filipino people and thus demand your resignation. Resignation is honorable. Your departure from the Bench will help save the public image of the judiciary and restore DELICADEZA in the justice system.
