The Filipinos have long been waiting for "full disclosure" by Duterte of his latest medical records. We are entitled to "full transparency" from the Executive as to his true health condition. The health condition of a Head of State is a matter of "national security" and "political stability" in any country. Duterte ignores the demand of his own people. His secrecy undermines the stability of his leadership.
