Another unpresidential remark from holier-than-thou autocrat Duterte: "The University of Oxford is a school for stupid people".
The reason? Academics from the University have just published a detailed and comprehensive global study of populist leaders worldwide who had spent huge sums of money to hire social media bots and trolls to win in the elections via manipulative and false news and scamming tactics, Duterte included.
