The more the Filipinos "normalize" the Duterte "kill kill kill " language and mentality as a routine part of the new Philippine political life under the Duterte rule, the more they numb their collective sense of sin and the more they trample upon their core values as human beings who cherish peace, love, compassion, truth, justice and freedom enshrined in their Constitution and in the Holy Bible. They easily forget that they are citizens of the only Catholic nation in Asia and the First Republic in Asia with a great tradition of democracy and freedom.
